Port Dover beach has played host to bathers and sun worshipers for over a century. The shallow sandy beach is a great place to spread a blanket, build a sand castle and swim for all ages. It is steps away from several eateries, shops and public washroom facilities. The lake water is not tested as per the new provincial guide lines as  lifeguard services are not provided.
